Many have written of how important finding one’s Purpose is in ones personal life and how equally important it is in the life of a business. Every piece of research in this area to date concludes that the most successful companies all have a purpose that has nothing got to do with making money. We also believe that people commit to work on what is important to them and what they are passionate about. To clarify or discover the REAL purpose of an organization and ensure that it is clearly understood by the entire organization is sometimes extremely challenging.
